NeceSera is a women's loungewear brand, designed in Europe and curated in New Delhi. The prints are inspired by artworks, photography and other inspirations that make us tick. The fabrics are carefully chosen to ensure ultimate comfort to the customer. Digital printing and our water recycling set up make NeceSera clothing completely eco-friendly.

Once you’ve placed an order, we will send you an email on your registered email ID with tracking details. To make it easy, you can also create an account to track all your orders online.

The product I received is defected, what to do next?

Every order at NeceSera goes through several stages of inspection before reaching your doorstep. But, in case you find the product damaged/defected you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery. For that, just click the picture of the product, highlighting the defect and email it to us on hello@necesera.com. We will send you a shipment label to be printed, so you can send the product back to us. Once the problem is validated, the money will be refunded in no time.

How do I Exchange my NeceSera Product?

If you have some size issue or the color of the product is not what you had ordered, do not worry! Simply, mail us at hello@necesera.com or contact us on +91 9910622286, and we’ll process your exchange. Please make sure you do this within 7 days of delivery, with the packaging intact and the product unwashed and unused.

What is the payment procedure?

We accept online payments through all major cards. We also offer Cash on Delivery payment service in most parts of India. The applicability of COD can be checked at the time of checkout.

How do I redeem my promo code?

You will have the option of adding the promo code while checking out.

How can I buy the product which is actually ‘out of stock’?

You can do that with the help of “Email Me When Back” button. You will see this button just below the product which is out of stock. Just click on that button and you will receive a notification when the product is back for sale.

How do I add items from the wish list to my cart?

Click on the ‘add to cart’ button on the product in your wishlist and add it to your cart.

How do I register?

I don't remember the login password. How do I recover it?

Click on the "Forgot Password" button below the login window and you will get an option to reset the password.

Can I place an order on NeceSera from anywhere in India?

Yes, you can order from anywhere in India. To check if the COD option is available in your area, please enter your pin code at checkout.

Does NeceSera deliver orders overseas?

Yes, email us on hello@necesera with your address, names of products you’d like to buy and we’ll tell you exact delivery date and shipping charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order in 3-7 business days. You can also track your order, with the tracking details emailed to you after the order has been shipped.

What is the return procedure?

All our products can be returned for a new product or a store credit, which will be valid for a year. You may email us on hello@necesera.com within 7 days of buying the product to raise a return request. Please make sure that the tags are intact and the product is unused and unwashed.
