Exchanges & Store Credit
All NeceSera products (except those listed below) can be exchanged or converted to store credit within 10 days of delivery.

Here's what we need:
- Item unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition
- All original tags and packaging intact
- One exchange per order (so take your time choosing!)
For exchanges: Swap for anything of equal or higher value. If you're going up, we'll send you a payment link for the difference.
For store credit: We'll issue a credit code for the full value — use it whenever you're ready for your next piece.
Not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Innerwear (Nessies)
- Accessories
- Anything bought on sale, with a discount code, or during a flash promotion
Please note: Exchanged orders can't be exchanged again, so if you're unsure about sizing, reach out to us first — we're happy to help you get it right the first time.
What to Expect (Exchange Timeline)
Once you raise a request, here's how it flows:
- ~5 days: Your item travels back to us
- ~2 days: Our team checks it over
- 5–7 days: Your new piece ships out
- Total: about 12–14 business days
We know waiting isn't fun — every exchange is handled with care so what reaches you next is exactly right.
Returns (Manufacturing Issues Only)
We don't accept general returns, but if we messed up, we'll make it right.
You're eligible for a full refund if:
- There's a manufacturing defect (faulty stitching, fabric tears, color bleeding, structural issues)
- Your order arrived incomplete (missing a co-ord piece, for example)
- The product is severely defective or unwearable due to a production error
If this happens: Email us at orders@necesera.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a quick description. We'll sort it out.
International Orders
We ship worldwide! Customs duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Heads up: International orders are final — we can't offer exchanges, returns, or store credit on items shipped outside India. If you have questions about sizing or fabric before ordering, email us at orders@necesera.com and we'll help you choose.
