All sales made during flash sales, promotions, or with discount codes are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed.
General Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely in love with your NeceSera purchase, here’s what you need to know:

Return/Exchange Window: Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

Email or WhatsApp us your order details and reason for return.

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup.

Garments must be unwashed, in original packaging, and labels intact.

Refunds:

Once your returned item passes our Quality Check, refunds will be processed:

Prepaid orders: 10–15 working days
-
COD orders: Please share your bank details for transfer.

Return shipping/handling charges of approximately ₹150 per product set will be deducted from the refund. This fee may vary based on the actual cost.

Exchanges:

Garments can be exchanged for the same or higher value.
-
Items must be unwashed, in perfect condition, with labels intact.

If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll receive a payment link for the difference.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

No returns on exchanged orders.

Sale Items & Exceptions:

All sale purchases are final.

Innerwear (Nessies) and accessories cannot be returned exchanged.
