Returns & Exchange

Returns and Exchange Policy:

In the odd case that you do not love your NeceSera products and would like to Return or Exchange them:

1. Eligible products can only be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the delivery date.

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.  

3. Please Email or WhatsApp us your order details and the reason for return, for us to be able to generate a reverse pickup. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked by the Quality Control Team - garments should not have been washed and should have their original packing intact. Once it passes QC, the refund will be processed.

5. If you've placed a prepaid order, your money will be refunded within 10-15 working days of passing QC. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we request you to share your bank details in order for the payment to be made to your preferred account.
We charge a small return fee of Rs. 150, not applicable in case of damaged goods.

6. All garments can be exchanged for an item of the same or higher value for free. An item can only be exchanged if sent back to us in perfect condition, unwashed and with the labels intact. In the case where an order being exchanged has been paid for online, and if the garment being exchanged is of a value higher, we will send you a payment link to cover the additional cost of the garment.

Note: Accessories can not be exchanged.
